Aim
To buy 200 small size Betty Lukens “Bible in Felt” flannelgraph sets. This is the minimum order size to benefit from significant price reductions. The funding for this order will come from missionaries and others pre-ordering sets and from donations to enable us to keep a stock of this valuable resource for those who buy after the project closes. Widening this project to include more people than just ourselves in Peru will enable us to reach more quickly the required number of orders to benefit from the significant reduction in price.
Flannelgraphs Worldwide Project
Background
One of our main ministries is the development of a children’s Bible club curriculum. To illustrate the weekly stories we have decided that the most flexible and cost effective method is to use the small size Betty Lukens “Bible in Felt” flannelgraph set. To bring down the cost for the churches using this resource we plan to order in bulk.
Funding Needed
The cost per set of buying the flannelgraphs in bulk will work out at $100-00 (£55-00) including shipping to whoever will take the set to the field. The regular price is $170-00 (£93-00) We therefore need a total of $20,000-00 (£11,000-00) in prepaid orders and donations to be able to place this order.
